So finals are coming up and therefore with my studying and projects I hate to say that I have let the gym go by the wayside. However, I went back in for the first time since the middle of April and I had forgotten how much I missed it. (workout date on website 10/30/2012)

I did chest and tricep and I tried to do push ups, but was only able to do two sets of ten because I waited until after everything else to do them. For cardio I did ten minutes of one minute at the speed of 7 and then one minute of 2.5 speed intervals. I have been slacking on cardio this week because I love lifting, but hate cardio now. A told me that I need to be better about my cardio because I will start looking like a body builder if I don't start running more. UGHHHH!!!!!

been slacking on my workout descriptions. I started trying the push ups because I felt like I could be able to do it now. I was able to do 2 sets of ten of each push up, but I switched the narrow push up for a triangle push up. My arms feel like an elephant sat on

My arms were on fire after this workout and I found it hard to run a regimented treadmill interval, so I just decided to run for 15 minutes at 4.0 speed.

workout because Fitness Barbie's workout matched up shoulders and triceps this week and I cannot workout my shoulders because I am still rehabbing mine. For my cardio I just ran for 15 minutes at a speed of 4.0. My abs were a bosu ball ab workout because I just can't get enough of my bosu ball. I tried a new exercise today which was chest presses on the smith machine which felt great. After my workout I felt like just getting on the treadmill and running instead of following and interval training workout, so I ran for 25 min on the treadmill and my time was just long enough to see the last fourth of Iron Man that was playing.

cardio I hoped on the bicycle in the gym and did fifteen minutes at a resistance of 10. My knees were giving me problems do to the cold weather so I didn't do to uch cardio, but I will be doing more on my cardio day tomorrow.
