I decided since I am doing legs tomorrow I would do cardio in the gym with a
Plyo focus instead of a plyometric workout. I started out on the
Stairmaster and did intervals for six minutes. Then, I switched to the
bike and pedaled for four minutes up a steep hill. Third, I did five
minutes of intense incline and resistance on the elliptical. Lastly, I did
ten minutes of jogging on the hill setting of my treadmill and finished out with
five minutes of fast walking with an incline of 15, which is the highest my
treadmill goes. This is a grand total of a 30 minute workout.
