I figured since I went hard on my chest and tricep day then I would do the same on back and bicep. My arms were not as tired as the day before and I was able to run on the treadmill for thirty minutes at the speed of 4.0.

I upped my weights tonight and I think I might have over done it because when I got to my cardio I could not run on the treadmill like I had planned, so I opted for the bike. My arms feel like an elephant sat on
them!!! Fitness Barbie: Workout: http://www.fitnessbarbielaurengleisberg.com/2012/10/chest-triceps-108.html For cardio I just wanted to run and not really have to think about it, so I set the interval setting on the treadmill and plugged in jogging speed which is 4.0 for me and running which is 5.0. I followed a 11 minutes on 4 minutes of which means 11 minutes running 4 minutes jogging or fast walking. I did this for a total of 60 minutes. If you try this cardio interval workout don't worry about adding the times together. The way I thought about it was running and jogging/ walking adds up to 15 minutes, so you will be doing this combination a total of four times counting the first one as one.
So I was officially cleared to workout my shoulders yesterday by my physical therapist and I am officially done with physical therapy. My weight lifting ability was extremely lacking compared to my ability with other muscle groups, but I did my best and lifted slow. Icing was still needed after working out shoulders. I also had a nice surprise.... A joined me at the gym for the first time in my almost 2 months of working out.

My arms were on fire after this workout and I found it hard to run a regimented treadmill interval, so I just decided to run for 15 minutes at 4.0 speed.

I upped my weights and I'm now officially squatting three sets of 60lbs 12 times and leg pressing two sets of 85lbs 12 times!!! I'm seeing my body still continuing to tighten which is great and I haven't hit a plateau yet (knock on wood) do to fitness Barbie's workouts that are switched up frequently.

I then made sure I did a five minute cool down. This workout says it is a beginner workout, but if you haven't run in awhile like I hadn't when I did it I just kept the running at 6.0 instead of climbing up.
Today I did a plyo video I found on Pinterest and it about killed me. I love to dance and it is dance related almost like Zumba, except you can actually feel the intensity of this workout while your doing it as well as

workout because Fitness Barbie's workout matched up shoulders and triceps this week and I cannot workout my shoulders because I am still rehabbing mine. For my cardio I just ran for 15 minutes at a speed of 4.0. My abs were a bosu ball ab workout because I just can't get enough of my bosu ball.
