I did my back and bicep workout tonight and due to the snow storm, part 2, the gym was PACKED!!!!! I felt like I was tripping over everyone and had to work the workout backwards. I still got it done though and enjoyed the much needed vacation from my cabin fever that was creeping

It felt good to get back to my weight routine. I missed it badly and I also upped all my weights. My cardio was just walking at an incline of 15 with a 3.0 speed for fifteen minutes.
Fitness Barbie Workout: http://www.fitnessbarbielaurengleisberg.com/2012/09/legs-924.html I wasn't sure I was going to be able to make it to the gym because I had to play catch up on my homework due to a stomach bug the night before, so I woke up on my own at 4:00 am and did two ab workouts with my bosu ball. I later was able to go to gym for a fifteen minute run on the treadmill without any incline at 4.5 speed. I am in LOVE with my bosu ball!!!

Workout Below: My workout was great because for the most part I had the weight room all to myself which meant no tripping over people to get my stuff done. I tried a new exercise today which was chest presses on the smith machine which felt great. After my workout I felt like just getting on the treadmill and running instead of following and interval training workout, so I ran for 25 min on the treadmill and my time was just long enough to see the last fourth of Iron Man that was playing.

I then only did 15 minutes of the walking interval I did on the previous leg day because I enjoyed it so much and because I also had to do abs today!!!

I lifted heavier weight then I had the previous weeks and it was definitely challenging. I then decided to do a walking treadmill workout, so it would be less impact on my knees since I had already killed them in my workout. I only did 20 minutes of this workout because it was too much with leg day.
