I did not do the cable curls because it was getting too late and I still needed to do my cardio. However I was able to do 6 reps 3 sets of 100 lbs (amount of pounds of my body not assisted with the machine) this is the most I've been able to do so far with pull ups at this weight. (workout date 11/5/2012)
