I did not do the cable curls because it was getting too late and I still needed to do my cardio. However I was able to do 6 reps 3 sets of 100 lbs (amount of pounds of my body not assisted with the machine) this is the most I've been able to do so far with pull ups at this weight. I had to bump my squat weight down to 135 lbs turns out ignorance is bliss was harder to lift 145 lbs knowing it was 145. I also, only did two sets of leg extensions because my knee caps made the sound rice krispies make and I did not do the one legged lunges as well due to this sound. I also was only able to do 20 minutes of cardio because of shooting pain in knees. I will be staying out of the gym tomorrow but will be back in on Wednesday if feeling ok. (workout date 11/4/2014)
Fitness Barbie Workout: http://www.fitnessbarbielaurengleisberg.com/ I did intervals on the treadmill and just switched from speed 7.0 for one minute to 2.5 for one minute for a total of 45 minutes of off and on running. I will start posting more exercises from pinterest and doing them fro my cardio soon.
My Shoulder day went off without a hitch and I tried to up my weight on standing dumbbell press, and my dumbbell raises both lateral and frontal. I was able to up both by five pounds. I also focused on trying to up my cardio aspect on weight days. (workout date 11/2/2012)
Fitness Barbie Workout: http://www.fitnessbarbielaurengleisberg.com/ I did not realize it at the time, but later upon discussion with A I realized I did something amazing. Here was our conversation:
Me: "I was going to up my weight by ten to 100 lbs. but the 100lbs on the big weights were heavier than the small weights." A: "What weights did you put on?" Me: " A 45 plus the bar which is 45 which equals 90 and then two 5lbs to equal ten which totals 100." A: "Wait what repeat your weights again." Me: I repeat the above sentence. A: "Oh my goodness Kenzie, no you squatted 145 lbs. How many of those did you do?" Me: "My normal three sets of twelve reps." A: "Good Job Babe!" Me: "... OMG!!!!! I SQUATTED 145 POUNDS." Needless to say I was on cloud nine the rest of the day and it only took until two days after and a discussion with A to figure out my accomplishment was greater than I had thought. I had originally thought I was weak because I thought I wasn't able to up my weight that workout, but turns out I had made almost a 50 pound increase. I am now deadlifting 90 lbs. my cardio was running intervals for 30 minutes. (workout date 10/31/2012)

However, I went back in for the first time since the middle of April and I had forgotten how much I missed it. (workout date on website 10/30/2012)
