I had to bump my squat weight down to 135 lbs turns out ignorance is bliss was harder to lift 145 lbs knowing it was 145. I also, only did two sets of leg extensions because my knee caps made the sound rice krispies make and I did not do the one legged lunges as well due to this sound. I also was only able to do 20 minutes of cardio because of shooting pain in knees. I will be staying out of the gym tomorrow but will be back in on Wednesday if feeling ok. (workout date 11/4/2014)
