I did not do the cable curls because it was getting too late and I still needed to do my cardio. However I was able to do 6 reps 3 sets of 100 lbs (amount of pounds of my body not assisted with the machine) this is the most I've been able to do so far with pull ups at this weight. (workout date 11/5/2012)

I did back and bicep today. It was hard because I upped my weight in all exercises. I am now deadlifting 90 lbs. my cardio was running intervals for 30 minutes. (workout date 10/31/2012)

I am just trying to workout as much as I can before beach week, because I want to look good for my honey!!!! Cardio was intervals that were the same as chest and tricep 3/23.

My arms were on fire after this workout and I found it hard to run a regimented treadmill interval, so I just decided to run for 15 minutes at 4.0 speed.

I felt like I was tripping over everyone and had to work the workout backwards. I still got it done though and enjoyed the much needed vacation from my cabin fever that was creeping

I did my back and bicep workout and set some new personal goals in the weight room. I then only did 15 minutes of the walking interval I did on the previous leg day because I enjoyed it so much and because I also had to do abs today!!!

I think it had something to do with me upping my weight I was lifting as well as sitting on the bleachers for two hours straight in the freezing weather. So.... I decided to take it a little easier on my cardio and I did 15 minutes on the treadmill at an incline of fifteen with a speed of 3.5. This was a good workout and I still was able to feel the burn in my legs without the impact of running on the treadmill.
