I decided since I am doing legs tomorrow I would do cardio in the gym with a Plyo focus instead of a plyometric workout. I started out on the Stairmaster and did intervals for six minutes. Then, I switched to the bike and pedaled for four minutes up a steep hill. Third, I did five minutes of intense incline and resistance on the elliptical. Lastly, I did ten minutes of jogging on the hill setting of my treadmill and finished out with five minutes of fast walking with an incline of 15, which is the highest my treadmill goes. This is a grand total of a 30 minute workout.

Today I did a plyo video I found on Pinterest and it about killed me. I love to dance and it is dance related almost like Zumba, except you can actually feel the intensity of this workout while your doing it as well as
after. Plyo Video: http://www.fitsugar.com/PlyoJam-Dance-Workout-Video-32385861 Today my bosu ball arrived and I couldn't wait to try it so I chose two different Fitness Barbie workouts. One was plyo and the other was an ab workout. The ab workout is very challenging, so I only repeated twice.

(Definitely felt it from waist down) A met me and brought me hot chocolate he made for me. Below is my Journey: I found this plyo workout through Pinterest today. Usually on plyo days I just workout in my room instead of going to the gym because they don't require equipment which is great due to the freezing temperatures outside and insane wind blowing around. My calves never stopped burning. I don't have kids, but great workout to do with your children because it is kind of like dancing and they will enjoy it.
Tip: I recommend you always eat before you workout because if you don't you NUMBER 1: do not have the energy to finish the workout, especially a cardio workout, and NUMBER 2: you will be burning your muscle that you have built instead of the fat you wanted to get rid of in the first place. I find it easy to just eat dinner and then wait an hour before you start working out in order to prevent your dinner from coming back up as well as pesky heartburn.
