My Shoulder day went off without a hitch and I tried to up my weight on standing dumbbell press, and my dumbbell raises both lateral and frontal. I was able to up both by five pounds. I also focused on trying to up my cardio aspect on weight days. (workout date 11/2/2012)

Nothing new with shoulders tonight. I just went to the gym did my
workout and left. However, I do feel 100% after going because this was my first time since being sick that I was able to go to the gym. I will not be able to work out tomorrow though because it is A's senior lacrosse game and if they win this he will be going to the SELC Championships!!!! I am so excited to go cheer him on!!!!! I know that's awful and my cardio was just my usual interval of 7.0 and 2.5 I really like it!!!

The bike really targeted my thighs and it was easier on my knees than the stairmaster. I don't normally do hashtags, but thought this moment needed it! I am really hoping that by the time my cousin's wedding in June that they will look phenomenal in my strapless maxi I'm planning on wearing. By then I will have been working my shoulders out for three months and the rest of my body for five!!!!

My weight lifting ability was extremely lacking compared to my ability with other muscle groups, but I did my best and lifted slow. Icing was still needed after working out shoulders. I also had a nice surprise.... A joined me at the gym for the first time in my almost 2 months of working out.
