I did my chest and tricep workout and upped a lot of my weight. For my cardio I hoped on the bicycle in the gym and did fifteen minutes at a resistance of 10. My knees were giving me problems do to the cold weather so I didn't do to much cardio, but I will be doing more on my cardio day tomorrow.
