It's LEG DAY!!!!! I upped my weights and I'm now officially squatting three sets of 60lbs 12 times and leg pressing two sets of 85lbs 12 times!!! I'm seeing my body still continuing to tighten which is great and I haven't hit a plateau yet (knock on wood) do to fitness Barbie's workouts that are switched up frequently.
