I did my leg day and it was awesome!! I lifted heavier weight then I had the previous weeks and it was definitely challenging. I then decided to do a walking treadmill workout, so it would be less impact on my knees since I had already killed them in my workout. I only did 20 minutes of this workout because it was too much with leg day.
