Tonight was both good and bad. The GOOD: Kennesaw State Lacrosse team won their game against Tennessee Wesleyan tonight they will be going to the SELC Championship. The BAD: A had his last college lacrosse game which was sad for him because he has been playing the sport for seven years. It has been one of his greatest loves and holds a huge place in his heart that rivals his love for me. He was the person who taught me to love this sport and I have seen it grow him into the wonderful man he is today. Through this sport he has come out of his shell and has been able to walk up to people and start conversations, become a better leader in his work, and achieve new goals he never thought possible at the beginning. Lacrosse helped him find his voice and a firm ground to stand on. And as much as I tire from hearing endless lacrosse discussions on dates, the constant want to get the new, better stick/ helmet/ clothes, and the urge he feels when he says "Kenzie
just watch one more lacrosse clip," but it is never just one more, I will miss it all. Nothing new with shoulders tonight. I just went to the gym did my
workout and left. However, I do feel 100% after going because this was my first time since being sick that I was able to go to the gym. I will not be able to work out tomorrow though because it is A's senior lacrosse game and if they win this he will be going to the SELC Championships!!!! I am so excited to go cheer him on!!!!! collection. I thought it would be a great bright color to wear and was a change from the blue I had during Spring Break. What is cool about this nail color is that it looks like different colors when put up next to different colors. When put next to orange it looks orange, when next to pink it looks coral, and when next to red it looks like a lighter shade of red. First day back in the gym since SPRING BREAK!!! I didn't go Monday because I am fighting a cold and also I got a mild concussion on Friday, so I figured I needed to wait at least four days before I got back to heavy lifting. It was nice and it actually focused my mind which I was happy about because I have been feeling like a complete airhead the past couple of days due to me mixing things up, forgetting things, and lacking the ability to focus on anything without it being an arduous task. A told me that since I had a week off of weights that my strength may have dipped a little and I might not be lifting my usual amount, but I was surprised that I not only was able to lift what I was lifting before my week off, but I was able to up some of my weights by ten
pounds. I am now squatting 85 pounds and closer to my goal of being able to squat A just for the pure fun of it!!! We were mostly on the beach tanning, playing lacrosse, volleyball, paddle boarding, and skim boarding, but we also experienced the nightlife. We went to some great restaurants like Mike's, Rum Runners, and Thomas'. Overall it was a great trip and completely worth the early morning drive. I can't wait to vacation again with our friends maybe some time in Summer or Fall. Same cardio interval I've been doing all week and weighted abs tonight.
This will be my last workout before the trip because tomorrow night A has a lacrosse game and I will be sitting in the stands late into the night cheering. Ab workout: 20 45lb. plate v ups x2 20 Russian twists with 25lb db (dumbbell) x2 40 Bent over obliques 25lb db (20 each side) 20 normal oblique crunches on dip machine (10 each side) total: 100 crunches Shoulders were fun tonight, but I also added some weighted abs since I have been neglecting those for like a month. I know that's awful and my cardio was just my usual interval of 7.0 and 2.5 I really like it!!!

because the beach is now four days away. My cardio was just interval training for fifteen minutes one minute on, one minute off switching between 7.0 and 2.5 speeds. I made up my own weighted ab routine and it is written below: 20 normal crunches x2 20 side to side obliques (10 each side) 20 weighted leg ups 10 oblique crunches on the dip machine (5 each side) 20 normal crunches on dip machine 40 normal crunches on ab crunch machine *I did this once through and did not repeat because my total number of crunches added up to 130 and I figured that was enough for my first weighted ab workout, plus I still needed to do cardio. I just worked out normal, so there wasn't anything special about my workout this week. I am just trying to workout as much as I can before beach week, because I want to look good for my honey!!!! Cardio was intervals that were the same as chest and tricep 3/23.
