Same cardio interval I've been doing all week and weighted abs tonight.
This will be my last workout before the trip because tomorrow night A has a lacrosse game and I will be sitting in the stands late into the night
cheering.
Ab workout:
20 45lb. plate v ups x2
20 Russian twists with 25lb db (dumbbell) x2
40 Bent over obliques 25lb db (20 each side)
20 normal oblique crunches on dip machine (10 each side)
total: 100 crunches
