First day back in the gym since SPRING BREAK!!! I didn't go Monday because I am fighting a cold and also I got a mild concussion on Friday, so I figured I needed to wait at least four days before I got back to heavy lifting. It was nice and it actually focused my mind which I was happy about because I have been feeling like a complete airhead the past couple of days due to me mixing things up, forgetting things, and lacking the ability to focus on anything without it being an arduous task. A told me that since I had a week off of weights that my strength may have dipped a little and I might not be lifting my usual amount, but I was surprised that I not only was able to lift what I was lifting before my week off, but I was able to up some of my weights by ten pounds. I am now squatting 85 pounds and closer to my goal of being able to squat A just for the pure fun of it!!! (he told me that would be cool if I could)
