Today my bosu ball arrived and I couldn't wait to try it so I chose two different Fitness Barbie workouts. One was plyo and the other was an ab workout. The ab workout is very challenging, so I only repeated twice.

I got home really late and had to get things ready for my field experience and advisement meeting before tomorrow. Therefore, by the time I got to the gym I was only able to do a 15 minute treadmill interval,
Workout Below: Usually during the day I use browns for my make up to highlight my brown eyes. I always apply mascara on my bottom and top lashes and I apply eyeliner only on my bottom water line all the way across. Below are some variations of my brown eye make up: Life has been pretty hectic this past couple of weeks and the snow did not slow down the process!!! I have been staying on top of my school work while working a job, doing field experience hours, and applying for TOSS Abroad for in the fall. A lot of deadlines have been hitting lately and so I have not been able to update my blog and actually was getting behind because I chose to workout with whatever free time I had. I finally was able to catch a lot of things up as well as add some new things I had planned as well. Flip through if you have the time!!!
This is my outfit I wore and I wore my brown jacket on top to keep me warm. I chose to keep my outfit in the warm colors by including the browns and tans of the cheetah with the burgundy red of my shirt. I had both gold owl earrings, a gold owl ring, and my brown watch on. My hair was in a low bun with my bangs My workout was great because for the most part I had the weight room all to myself which meant no tripping over people to get my stuff done. I tried a new exercise today which was chest presses on the smith machine which felt great. After my workout I felt like just getting on the treadmill and running instead of following and interval training workout, so I ran for 25 min on the treadmill and my time was just long enough to see the last fourth of Iron Man that was playing.

I then only did 15 minutes of the walking interval I did on the previous leg day because I enjoyed it so much and because I also had to do abs today!!!

I lifted heavier weight then I had the previous weeks and it was definitely challenging. I then decided to do a walking treadmill workout, so it would be less impact on my knees since I had already killed them in my workout. I only did 20 minutes of this workout because it was too much with leg day.

I have to blow dry it straight the night before and I usually wake up with it kind of flipped every which way. Then, I take my Instyler and section my hair into three levels going from bottom to top. After that, I divide it into one- inch sections on each level to straighten one at a time. Sometimes I wish I had thin hair, but when it's cold outside I am definitely glad I have all my hair.
